Hi sir, Could you please explain how a look test is done? Any workflow you followed for your films? And also could you explain how you decide a key for a face considering face structure/skelton ?

I completely agree with Thomas.
I'm putting together a post explaining how I go about doing look tests and camera tests for my films.
